Dana is the Chief Administrative Officer of ClearAlpha® Technologies, where she leads Business Performance. She is responsible for continuously improving and lowering friction of onboarding, operational, and technology experiences for the firm's clients, investment managers, and operational teams. Dana has over 20 years of experience in financial services, where she has led transformation, technology, and operations teams to drive business and client outcomes in global, regulated environments. Previously, Dana was Chief Technology Officer for the US Financial Services sector at Kyndryl, the infrastructure services spinoff of IBM. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer for Operations and Technology at MUFG Americas. She also spent over six years at Bridgewater Associates, where she held various leadership roles in Technology before serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Research team. Dana started her career as a project manager at Swiss Bank / UBS.
Dana graduated from Boston College with a BS in Management. She holds the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
